Article 17 of French Law n°2016-1691 dated December 9th, 2016 on transparency, fight against corruption and modernization of economic life (known as “Loi Sapin 2”) requires each company of a certain size to assess its main trading partners (customers, suppliers, intermediaries) in the light of the risks of corruption and trading in influence.
In order to comply with this new legal obligation, KEM ONE has issued the attached questionnaire which aims to gather information on its main partners.
