A certificate of incorporation is a legal document/license relating to the establishment of a company or corporation. It serves the purpose of proving that the company or corporation has been formed. Es wird bei den Amtsgerichten geführt und dient der Rechtssicherheit im Handelsverkehr, da alle tatsächlichen und rechtlichen Verhältnisse vollständig und zuverlässig hier nachgewiesen werden.

Today, I want to confirm and reiterate the vigilance measures that CROSSCALL takes in regard to its suppliers and subcontractors, in terms of environmental, social and ethical risks, as well as our drive to maintain and reinforce relationships built on trust and open dialogue with these parties.

.Our corporate social responsibility protocol, which is applied to CROSSCALL purchasing, is one of the conditions implemented to promote this partnership spirit.

The CSR Guidelines formalise what we expect from our suppliers and subcontractors. They form the foundations of relationships built on trust, which I hope to establish with you.

The outside company undertakes, before the start of the work, to inform all employees involved of the specific hazards to which they are exposed and the measures taken in this document to prevent the risks

COMMUNICATION OF RULES TO COMPANY PERSONNEL

The content of this document (specific hazards to which the workers will be exposed + measures to be taken) must be presented to all the employees of the ES by the head of the ES himself. The signature of each worker will be affixed on page 27
The company must also comply with the above obligation when it brings in new employees, even if they arrive during the year.
At the time of the first intervention in 2023, a 6-minute NESTLE film containing all the safety, environmental and food safety rules and procedures will be viewed on site by the workers, individually or in groups. Following this viewing, a questionnaire will be given to assess the level of understanding of each person. If the score is lower than expected, feedback will be given to each EE manager to reinforce the messages.
