The employees listed hereby certify that they have been informed of the health and safety rules and that they undertake to comply with them.
The person in charge of NPP work must be informed of the arrival of new employees during the course of the operation; this list must then be kept up to date.
Before work begins, the outside company undertakes to inform all employees involved of the specific hazards to which they are exposed, and of the measures taken in this document to prevent risks.
It is imperative that you fill in the attached questionnaire for each employee of your company who will be working on the Purina Veauche site in 2024. The questionnaire can be accessed via any cell phone using the QR code; tablet or PC using the link opposite (or by scanning the QR code).
