The outside company undertakes, before the start of the work, to inform all employees involved of the specific hazards to which they are exposed and the measures taken in this document to prevent the risks
It is imperative that you have each employee of your company who will be working at the Purina site in Veauche in 2023 complete the attached questionnaire. The questionnaire is accessible via any cell phone thanks to the QR code; tablet, PC thanks to the link opposite (or by scanning the QR Code)
You will be informed by email of any person who obtains less than 80% of correct answers. We will then ask you to raise awareness of this employee and to ask him/her to take the questionnaire again.
